Cut-off Date:  The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 5:00 p.m. local time at Four Points by Sheraton Cambridge, Monday April 12/10 (Without penalty).  After the cut-off date, it is at Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.

Flights

For our western members:   Westjet has a direct flight from Calgary to Kitchener.

On Sunday, May 9, Westjet's direct flight departs Calgary at 12:05 and arriving in Kitchener at 5:30. Westjet also has flights 544 and 314 out of Vancouver to Calgary at 8:00 and 9:00 that connect with the direct Kitchener flight.

On Tuesday, May 11, Westjet's flight 485 leaves Kitchener at 6:15pm and arrives in Calgary at 8:15pm. There is a connecting flight (WJ739) to Vancouver from Calgary at 9:40pm.

Air Canada does not have any direct flights to Kitchener, but frequently flies into Pearson Airport in Toronto which is about an hour and a half drive from Conestoga.

For our Ottawa members:  Bearskin does have direct flights to Kitchener, although price comparison with WJ and AC is advised.

Ground Transportation

Polytechnics Canada will be organizing local transportation from the hotel to the College and to the dinner.
